Cancellation Policy (Document)

• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give 24 hour notice by sending an email to pantalonecsp@gmail.com. 
   
• If you reschedule or cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance by sending an email to pantalonecsp@gmail.com, you will not be responsible for any payment. 
   
• If you reschedule or cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance by sending an email to pantalonecsp@gmail.com, you will be responsible for the payment of 50% of the scheduled session fee. 
   
• Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis such as in cases of emergency or acute illness impacting you or a loved one for whom you are a caregiver, adverse weather and other specific circumstances.

No Show and Late Arrival Policy

• Should you forget or not come to your scheduled appointment for any reason without warning, this is considered a "no show". In such a case, you will be responsible to pay for the entire fee for the length of the session for which you were scheduled. You will not be able to schedule for your next session until the fee is paid.
   
• Should you come late, due to scheduling constraints, your session will still end at the regularly scheduled time and you will be responsible for the entire fee for the length of the original session for which you were scheduled. except in specific cases. When the schedule allows for it, Sarah may be able to continue the session for some of the missed time.
