Hello, my name is Sarah Pantalone. I have been a manual therapist licensed in massage therapy (LMT) for nearly ten years. I have trained in various osteopathic modalities such as lymphatic drainage (Chikly), myofascial release and brainwork techniques. I am also a CranioSacral practitioner and an intuitive energy healer.
I am passionate about helping my clients heal by providing an integrated approach to body and energy work tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Each session is a collaborative journey in which I support my clients in their pursuit of greater holistic balance in the body’s systems as well as that of mind, spirit, and soul. I have a special focus on orthopedic effects including reducing chronic pain, improving range of motion, and enhancing overall alignment by creating a stronger, more efficient connection between the brain and muscles.

- are about to have or have had surgery*
- especially breast surgery of any type, a cesarean section, (partial) hysterectomy, surgery to address pain from endometriosis, etc.*
- are pregnant or have recently had a child

- aid you and your body to recover more effectively and completely way with significantly fewer negative effects.
- relieve the discomforts and lack of sleep that often come with pregnancy
- relieve the pain and discomfort resulting from your body readjusting from pregnancy/delivery/any surgery.
- diminish some symptoms from head trauma and/or surgeries to the face, head and brain
